Our car wheel hub bearings are essential components in a vehicle's chassis system. Positioned between the wheel hub and the shaft, they mainly support the wheel's load and ensure its smooth rotation, providing low-friction and high-efficiency transmission for the vehicle.
Typically composed of inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and cages, modern designs often come as pre-assembled units. These units feature a compact structure and are easy to install, which has significantly enhanced production efficiency and extended service life. With high-precision manufacturing and top-notch materials, our wheel hub bearings can endure high loads and high-speed operation, guaranteeing your vehicle's safety and driving comfort.
Adopting high-purity bearing steel that meets ISO 683-17 standards, it undergoes 1200℃ vacuum quenching treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 62-65. Its wear resistance is 50% higher than that of ordinary steel. Tested under the working condition of continuous driving 10,000km at a speed of 120km/h, the radial clearance variation is ≤0.02mm, which effectively reduces the replacement frequency of passenger car wheel hub bearings and lowers users' maintenance costs.
Innovatively adopting a dual-seal structure consisting of double-lip nitrile rubber seals and metal dust covers, it has passed the VDA 621-402 waterproof and dustproof test with a rating of IP69K, capable of withstanding high-pressure water flushing and dust erosion. Even under harsh road conditions such as rain, snow, and mud, it can ensure the long-term stability of the lubricating grease inside the bearing, avoid jamming failures caused by impurity entry, and guarantee the stable operation of passenger car wheel hub bearings.
Relying on processing by German SCHNEEBERGER high-precision grinding machines, the raceway roundness error is ≤0.003mm and the surface roughness is Ra ≤0.2μm. Combined with the optimized rolling element guiding structure, the operating noise of the bearing is controlled below 45 decibels (equivalent to the sound of daily conversation). It has passed the ISO 1940-1 balance test with a dynamic balance grade of G2.5, which effectively reduces vibration during passenger car driving and improves driving comfort.
Filled with customized polyurea-based grease, it has excellent high and low-temperature stability. It can still maintain good lubricity in a low-temperature environment of -40℃ to avoid bearing cold-start jamming; under a high-temperature working condition of 120℃, the dropping point of the grease is ≥220℃ without leakage. Verified by SGS high and low-temperature cycle tests, it can meet the usage needs of passenger car wheel hub bearings in different climate regions, with wider adaptability.
Strictly produced in accordance with the TS 16949 automotive industry quality system, each batch of products undergoes full-dimensional inspection by a coordinate measuring machine, with key dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.005mm. It fully matches the dimensions of original factory parts and can be directly replaced without modifying the installation position. Currently, it has passed compatibility certification from more than 20 mainstream global auto parts suppliers, ensuring the installation convenience and adaptation reliability of passenger car wheel hub bearings.

Here are specific application scenarios of wheel hub bearing:
Suitable for frequent start-stop and low-speed driving conditions on urban roads. Tested in scenarios with an average daily short-distance commute of 20km and more than 30 starts/stops per day, the bearing temperature rise is ≤35℃ (ambient temperature 25℃), and there is no abnormal wear after 24 months of continuous use. It meets the ISO 15312 durability standard for urban working conditions, ensuring stable daily travel.
Supports continuous driving at a speed of 60-120km/h. In a 1000km long-distance test, the bearing radial runout is stably maintained at 0.01-0.02mm, and the noise is kept ≤48dB. It complies with the EU ECE R138 safety requirements for high-speed driving, avoiding bearing overheating or failure caused by high-speed operation.
With IP69K waterproof and dustproof rating and wide temperature range adaptability of -40℃~120℃, it can cope with environments such as rain, snow, sand, and high-temperature exposure. In the low-temperature start-up test at -30℃ in northern winter, the bearing has no jamming; in rainy areas in southern China, there is no rust failure after 6 months of use in the rainy season.
Targeting the load requirements of daily passenger carrying (4-5 people) or luggage transportation, the bearing's basic static load rating reaches 22-32kN. When driving 500km continuously under full load, the raceway deformation is ≤0.001mm. It meets the ISO 281 load durability standard, suitable for daily family use or short-distance self-driving load needs.
Check that the bearing has no external scratches or dents. Clean the mounting surface (oil residue ≤0.02g/m²), select a suitable lubricant in accordance with ISO 8643 standards, and control the application thickness to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing's internal space to avoid excessive lubrication causing overheating.
Use a press for vertical press-fitting (pressure ≤50kN). After ensuring proper installation, fasten the bolts with a torque wrench according to the 25-35N·m standard. Do not strike the bearing outer ring to prevent damage to precision.
Check the bearing tightness every 10,000km of driving and listen for no abnormal noise (≤45dB). After driving through water, clean the bearing area promptly to avoid rust caused by residual impurities.
