Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation stage
Ensure that the engine is turned off and cooled for at least 30 minutes (to prevent burns), prepare a new filter, wrench, and cloth, clean the dust around the engine filter seat, and avoid impurities from falling into the oil passage.
2. Disassemble the old filter
Use a wrench to unscrew the old filter clockwise (if it is stuck, gently tap to loosen it), pour out the remaining oil, and carefully check whether there is any old sealing ring residue on the sealing surface of the filter seat. If there is, use a cloth to wipe it off.
3. Install a new filter
Apply a thin layer of engine oil on the sealing ring of the new filter (to prevent damage during installation), manually tighten the new filter until the sealing ring fits the filter seat, and then use a wrench to tighten it 1/4 turn (do not overtighten).
4. Inspection and acceptance
Start the engine and idle for 3 minutes, observe if there is any leakage at the filter seat and sealing ring. If there is no leakage, the installation is complete; It is recommended to check again after driving 50 kilometers to ensure stability.
